Job Description

As a Senior Multimedia at Skylink Labs, you will be instrumental in developing graphic, video, and AI-powered creative content for MagicSwap. This role involves close collaboration with Marketing and Product teams to produce advertising content and ensure a consistent brand image across international markets. You will leverage various AI tools to enhance creative quality and production efficiency, contributing to the company's mission of simplifying image and video creation.

Graphic Design

  • Design advertising creatives, banners, and social media content.
  • Create screenshots, feature images, and graphic assets for the App Store and Google Play.
  • Maintain consistent MagicSwap branding across all channels.

Video Production

  • Produce and edit trailers, app previews, and feature demonstration videos.
  • Create advertising videos for Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Develop UGC-style content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

AI-powered Creative Production

  • Integrate Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, Suno, ComfyUI, and other relevant AI tools into the production workflow.
  • Recommend AI-powered solutions to improve creative quality and production efficiency.

Creative Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop ideas, scripts, and moodboards.
  • Deliver creatives aligned with briefs, user insights, and campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated on design, video, and AI trends within the App and Beauty industries.
  • Guide and review the work of Junior Designers and Video Editors.

Requirements

Experience & Portfolio

2-3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, Motion Design, or Multimedia Design.

A required portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video production capabilities.

Experience creating content for Apps, Games, Performance Marketing, or User Acquisition is preferred.

Technical Proficiency

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent tools.

Practical experience integrating AI tools into creative production workflows.

Creative & Industry Knowledge

Strong visual taste, awareness of beauty trends, and understanding of female audiences.

Understanding of creative standards across App Store, Google Play, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.

Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate briefs into engaging creative outputs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating content for AI, Beauty, or Photo and Video Editing applications.

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.

Experience with creative A/B testing and analyzing advertising performance data.

Advanced Motion Graphic or 3D production skills.

Experience coaching or training Junior Designers.
